Visitation Policy

Scarlet Manor is currently under construction and opens on March 1, 2027, so in-person visitation is not yet available.

Our full visitation policy will be published on this page before we open. It will comply with Florida law on residents' rights and in-person visitation, including Sections 429.28 and 408.823 of the Florida Statutes, covering daily visiting hours, essential caregiver designation, and infection prevention procedures.

As a Harris family community, Scarlet Manor will follow the same family-first approach to visitation that the family practices at Berryhill Manor: residents have the right to visit with the people they love, and we make that as easy as we safely can.
